After orders are processed they are shipped via USPS Priority Mail with a delivery conformation. Orders of $100.00 or Express Delivery are shipped with signature conformation.

• Estimated time for Priority Mail is 3 days; Express delivery is a 2 day service depending on your zip code.
• Lulu’s Hut is not responsible for any lost or stolen merchandise in the hands of United States Postal Service.

For all Lulu’s products standard shipping and delivery charges will be added to each sales order. International shipping rates may vary.

• Please allow 72 hour for all in stock orders to be processed.
• All orders are processed Monday through Friday.
• Orders are not processed on the weekends or major holidays.
• All order information, i.e. tracking status is done through email. Please make sure your email address is correct. You can also track you package www.usps.com.

Unfortunately we don’t provide refunds. We’ll be happy to exchange items for 100% store credit. Please send items back with in 14 days of receipt.

• Sorry, there are no returns or exchanges on hair accessories.
• All items must be in the same condition as you received them. The condition of the merchandise will be determined by Lulu’s Hut.

Customers may cancel orders same day only. We must receive an email or phone call confirming the cancellation. All cancellations are subject to a 20% restocking fee. The fee will be deducted from your order and remain on your credit card.
